Hello and welcome to our Czech photography blog!

My name is Michal Fanta. I am a fine art and people photographer living in the Czech Republic (Europe).

Besides taking photographs I also publish this up and coming photography blog which is not only for photographers yet mainly about photography called odcloněno.com.

The main philosophy of this site is that it is not the gear that's important but the photographer. That's why there is not even a single post about gear on this photography blog. That said we are not mad and understand, that there are situations that gear enables us to realize our vision more easily.

This blog is read mostly by the wonderful people of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. I think of them as my photographic family and I appreciate every one of them.
